May have Health Exam completed after March 1st of the year student enters Kindergarten, but is not required to be completed until December of child's First Grade year.

PLEASE NOTE: Immunizations DO NOT need to be complete to register your child. Immunizations must be complete and verified prior to the start of school.
Per SB 277, the law allows parents/guardians of children with medical conditions, to be exempt to vaccinations with a physician's written statement including: the physical condition or medical circumstance of the child, which vaccines are exempted, whether the medical exemption is permanent or temporary, and expiration date of exemption when applicable. Schools maintain an up-to-date list of pupils with exemptions, so they can be excluded quickly if an outbreak occurs.
