I am from Southern California, then moved to NorCal for school. I studied Linguistics and Psychology at UC Davis, and stayed there for my teaching credential and Masters in Education. I then moved to the Bay Area and began my teaching journey. I first taught 3rd grade, and have been teaching 5th grade for the past two years. My favorite parts about teaching are the individual relationships I get to have with every student and seeing students’ growth over the school year. When I am not teaching, I am either playing tennis, baking, or reading for hours on end. I am so excited to join this community as one of the 6th grade teachers!
